Vatnaveröld í Reykjanesbæ er ein fullkomnasta sundmiðstöð landsins og býður upp á fjölbreytta aðstöðu fyrir alla aldurshópa. Þar má finna eina glæsilegustu 50 metra innilaug landsins, sem hentar jafnt til æfinga sem og almennrar sundiðkunar.

Utandyra er 25 metra útilaug, fjórar heitar setlaugar, grunn barnalaug og kalt kar. Eimbað er einnig við laugarsvæðið. Innandyra er glæsilegur vatnsleikjagarður með fjölbreyttum leiktækjum sem fellur vel í kramið hjá yngstu kynslóðinni.

Sérklefar eru í boði fyrir þá sem kjósa meiri næði og aðstaðan hentar vel jafnt íbúum svæðisins sem og gestum sem vilja skella sér í sund til að slappa af eða leika sér. 

Vatnaveröld in Reykjanesbær is one of the most advanced swimming centres in the country and offers a wide range of facilities for all age groups. There you will find one of the most impressive 50-metre indoor pools in Iceland, suitable both for training and general swimming.

Outdoors there is a 25-metre pool, four hot tubs, a shallow children’s pool and a cold tub. A steam bath is also located by the pool area. Indoors there is an impressive water play park with a variety of play equipment that is very popular with the youngest generation.

Private changing rooms are available for those who prefer more privacy, and the facilities are well suited both to local residents and to visitors who want to go for a swim to relax or have fun.
