Varmárlaug, staðsett í Mosfellsbæ, er hluti af íþróttamiðstöðinni að Varmá og býður upp á fjölbreytta aðstöðu til sunds og líkamsræktar. Sundlaugin er 25 metra löng útisundlaug, tengd svæði með tveimur heitum pottum, þar af annar með nuddi. Við hlið laugarinnar er einnig vaðlaug fyrir yngri gesti, leiksvæði með leiktækjum og aðgangur að bæði eimbaði og saunaklefa. Infrarauður klefi er einnig til staðar í lauginni.

Laugin er hluti af stærra íþróttasvæði sem hýsir aðstöðu Ungmennafélagsins Aftureldingar. Íþróttahúsið að Varmá inniheldur þrjá fjölnota íþróttasali, sal fyrir bardagaíþróttir og fimleikahús. Utandyra eru knattspyrnuvellir í fullri stærð, hlaupabrautir og gervigrasvellir. Á svæðinu er einnig knattspyrnuhús fyrir æfingar, sem styrkir aðstöðuna fyrir íþróttaiðkun í Mosfellsbæ.

Varmárlaug er vinsæll staður fyrir fjölskyldur, íþróttafólk og sundiðkendur.

Varmárlaug, located in Mosfellsbær, is part of the Varmá sports center and offers a wide range of facilities for swimming and fitness. The pool is a 25-meter outdoor swimming pool, connected to an area with two hot tubs, one of which has massage jets. Next to the pool there is also a wading pool for younger guests, a play area with playground equipment, and access to both a steam bath and a sauna. An infrared cabin is also available at the pool.

The pool is part of a larger sports complex that houses the facilities of the youth sports club Afturelding. The Varmá sports hall contains three multi-purpose sports halls, a hall for martial arts, and a gymnastics hall. Outdoors there are full-size football pitches, running tracks, and artificial turf fields. The area also includes an indoor football training facility, which strengthens the overall sports infrastructure in Mosfellsbær.
