Sundlaugin á Sólgörðum er staðsett við Sóta Lodge í Sólgörðum í Fljótum, í sveitarfélaginu Skagafirði á Norðurlandi. Sveitarfélagið á mannvirkið en hefur leigt út reksturinn, meðal annars til tengdra aðila við ferðaþjónustu á staðnum.

Um er að ræða litla sundlaug á útisvæði með aðliggjandi heitum potti. Laugin er við hlið gistihússins og er hluti af samfelldri íþrótta- og afþreyingaaðstöðu á staðnum.

Sundlaugin þjónar bæði heimafólki í Fljótum og gestum og er nýtt til sundiðkunar og afþreyingar. Hún er eitt af minni íþróttamannvirkjum Skagafjarðar og styður við útivist og ferðaþjónustu á svæðinu.

The swimming pool at Sólgarðar is located by Sóta Lodge in Sólgarðar in Fljót, in the municipality of Skagafjörður in North Iceland. The municipality owns the facility but has leased out its operation, among other things to parties connected to local tourism.

It is a small outdoor swimming pool with an adjacent hot tub. The pool is next to the guesthouse and is part of a continuous sports and recreational area on the site.

The swimming pool serves both local residents in Fljót and visitors, and is used for swimming and leisure. It is one of the smaller sports facilities in Skagafjörður and supports outdoor activities and tourism in the area.
