Sundlaugin í Vogum er hluti af vel búinni íþróttamiðstöð sem þjónar bæði bæjarbúum og skólum á svæðinu. Laugin er 16,66 x 8 metrar að stærð og hentar vel til sundæfinga og leikja. Við laugina er heitur pottur (41°C) með nuddi, kaldur pottur, vaðlaug og gufubað sem skapa góða aðstöðu fyrir slökun og vellíðan.

Laugin er í fallegu og skjólríku umhverfi og þykir sérstaklega barnvæn. Innandyra er einnig rúmgóður þreksalur og íþróttasalur sem nýtist jafnt fyrir skólastarf og æfingar íþróttafélaga. Hægt er að leigja salinn til æfinga eða viðburða. Gistiaðstaða er til staðar fyrir allt að 50 manna hópa.

The swimming pool in Vogar is part of a well-equipped sports center that serves both local residents and schools in the area. The pool measures 16.66 x 8 meters and is well suited for swimming practice and games. By the pool there is a hot tub (41°C) with massage jets, a cold tub, a wading pool, and a steam bath, which together provide excellent facilities for relaxation and well-being.

The pool is in a beautiful and sheltered environment and is considered particularly child-friendly. Indoors there is also a spacious fitness room and sports hall that are equally useful for school activities and sports club training. The hall can be rented for practices or events. Accommodation is available for groups of up to 50 people.
