Sundlaugin Hellu

The swimming pool in Hella is a spacious 25 x 11 metre outdoor pool that meets all the requirements for a competition pool. It is well equipped with facilities for a variety of swimming activities and recreation for all age groups. By the pool there are five hot tubs: one hot tub with massage jets, two traditional hot tubs, and two wading pools that are well suited for the youngest guests. There is also a steam bath and good sunbathing facilities. In the area there are three water slides. Two large slides that are suitable for both children and adults, as well as one smaller slide for younger kids. By the slides there is a special “toe pool,” unique on a national scale, which is shaped like a foot. The swimming pool is connected to the town’s sports hall, where a variety of sports can be practiced both indoors and outdoors. This makes the pool a popular place for both locals and those passing through Hella.
