Sundlaugin í Garði er rúmgóð útilaug staðsett við Íþróttamiðstöðina bæjarins í Suðurnesjabæ. Laugin er 25 x 8 metrar að stærð og er umkringd skjólgóðu svæði með góðri sólbaðsaðstöðu. Við laugina eru heitur pottur, nuddpottur og vaðlaug fyrir yngri gesti, auk eimbaðs. Rennibraut bætir skemmtanagildinu fyrir börn og fjölskyldur.

Aðstaðan er hluti af vel búinni íþróttamiðstöð sem býður einnig upp á þreksal, tækjasal og íþróttasal. Í boði eru einnig ljósabekkir.

Sundlaugin er opin allt árið og hentar jafnt fyrir reglulega sundiðkun sem afslöppun á hlýjum sumardegi. Við sundlaugina er einnig að finna tjaldsvæði í göngufæri, sem gerir hana að góðum áfangastað fyrir ferðamenn á leið um Suðurnes.

The swimming pool in Garður is a spacious outdoor pool located by the town’s Sports Center in Suðurnesjabær. The pool measures 25 x 8 meters and is surrounded by a sheltered area with good sunbathing facilities. By the pool there is a hot tub, a whirlpool and a wading pool for younger guests, as well as a steam bath. A water slide adds to the fun for children and families.

The facilities are part of a well-equipped sports center that also offers a fitness room, a gym and a sports hall. Tanning beds are also available.

The swimming pool is open all year round and is suitable both for regular swimming and for relaxation on a warm summer day. There is also a campsite within walking distance of the pool, making it a good destination for travelers passing through Suðurnes.
