Sundlaugin í Sandgerði er hluti af vel útbúinni íþróttamiðstöð sem býður upp á fjölbreytta aðstöðu fyrir sund, líkamsrækt og íþróttaiðkun. Sundlaugin sjálf er 25 metra löng og hentar vel til æfinga og almennrar sundiðkunar.

Við laugina eru tveir heitir pottar, annar með vatnsnuddi (38 °C) og hinn heitari (40 °C), auk kalds potts og vaðlaugar fyrir yngri gesti. Tvær vatnsrennibrautir, Hrollur og Buna, gera laugina að vinsælum stað meðal barna og fjölskyldna. Gufubað og sólbekkir við laugarsvæðið bæta aðstöðuna enn frekar.

Í húsinu er einnig íþróttasalur með góðri aðstöðu fyrir ýmis konar íþróttir, auk vel útbúins tækjasalar og æfingaaðstöðu. Sundlaugin er friðsæl og notaleg, hvort tveggja hentug til reglulegrar sundiðkunar sem og til að slappa af. 

The swimming pool in Sandgerði is part of a well-equipped sports center that offers a wide range of facilities for swimming, fitness, and sports activities. The pool itself is 25 meters long and well suited for training and general swimming.

By the pool there are two hot tubs, one with water massage (38 °C) and the other hotter (40 °C), as well as a cold tub and a wading pool for younger guests. Two water slides, Hrollur and Buna, make the pool a popular place among children and families. A steam bath and sun loungers by the pool area further enhance the facilities.

The building also houses a sports hall with good facilities for various types of sports, as well as a well-equipped gym and training area. The swimming pool is peaceful and cozy, suitable both for regular swimming and for relaxation.
