Sundlaug Njarðvíkur er lítil og róleg innilaug sem býður upp á þægilega aðstöðu fyrir bæði sundiðkun og slökun. Laugin sjálf er 12,5 metra löng og hentar vel til léttari æfinga.

Á útisvæði eru heitir pottar ásamt því að hægt er að fara í gufubað sem eru opin allt árið. Yfir sumarmánuðina er sundlaugin sjálf lokuð en gestir hafa áfram aðgang að pottum, gufu og líkamsræktarstöðinni.

Aðstaðan hentar vel þeim sem vilja rólega sundferð, þægilega slökun eða spjalla í pottunum. 

Njarðvík Swimming Pool is a small and quiet indoor pool that offers comfortable facilities for both swimming and relaxation. The pool itself is 12.5 meters long and is well suited for lighter exercise.

In the outdoor area there are hot tubs, as well as a steam bath that is open all year round. During the summer months the swimming pool itself is closed, but guests still have access to the hot tubs, steam bath, and the gym.

The facilities are well suited to those who want a peaceful swim, comfortable relaxation, or a chat in the hot tubs.
