Sundlaug Kópavogs er stærsta og ein vinsælasta sundlaug landsins, staðsett við Borgarholtsbraut á Rútstúni í Kópavogi. Sundlaugin hefur verið endurbætt nokkrum sinnum síðan hún var fyrst tekin í notkun árið 1967, með síðustu meiriháttar breytingum árið 2008. Sundlaugin býður upp á fjölbreytta aðstöðu fyrir sundgesti.

Á svæðinu er 50 metra útisundlaug og tvær innilaugar, 25 metra keppnislaug og 10 metra vaðlaug, sem henta bæði til sundæfinga og leikja. Þrjár rennibrautir eru á útisvæðinu, ásamt sérstakri barnarennibraut sem hentar yngstu kynslóðinni. Sundlaug Kópavogs býður einnig upp á sjö heita potta, þar á meðal nuddpott og buslulaug fyrir börn, auk kalds potts fyrir þá sem vilja kælingu. Í lauginni er eimbað og sauna, sem njóta mikilla vinsælda hjá gestum. Líkamsræktarstöð er til staðar í sundlaugarbyggingunni.

Kópavogur Swimming Pool is the largest and one of the most popular swimming pools in the country, located on Borgarholtsbraut at Rútstún in Kópavogur. The pool has been renovated several times since it was first opened in 1967, with the latest major changes in 2008. The swimming pool offers a wide range of facilities for guests.

The area includes a 50-meter outdoor pool and two indoor pools, a 25-meter competition pool and a 10-meter wading pool, suitable both for swim training and play. There are three water slides in the outdoor area, along with a special children’s slide suitable for the youngest generation. Kópavogur Swimming Pool also offers seven hot tubs, including a hot tub with massage jets and a splash pool for children, as well as a cold tub for those who want to cool down. The pool has a steam bath and a sauna, which are very popular with guests. A fitness center is located in the swimming pool building.

The pool is well suited for families, athletes, and those who want to relax in a pleasant environment. It has been one of the most popular swimming pools in the country for many years and is open all year round.
