Sundlaugin býður upp á notalegt umhverfi á öllum árstímum. Í Suðurbæjarlaug er einnig innisundlaug og barnalaugar, sem tryggja að allir aldurshópar geti notið sín vel.  

Í kjallara byggingarinnar er rekin líkamsræktarstöð ásamt búningsklefum.  

Suðurbæjarlaug is a popular swimming pool in Hafnarfjörður, located in the heart of the town. This family-friendly pool offers an outdoor swimming pool with water slides, hot and cold tubs, and a steam bath, making it a perfect place for relaxation and fun. The pool provides a cozy environment in all seasons. Suðurbæjarlaug also has an indoor pool and children’s pools, ensuring that all age groups can enjoy themselves.  

In the basement of the building there is a gym along with changing rooms.
