Sælingsdalslaug er 25 metra útilaug staðsett í Laugum, Dölum, ásamt vaðlaug, tveimur heitum pottum og gufubaði. Laugin stendur í grösugum og skjólgóðum dal sem umkringdur er lágum fjöllum og hefur að geyma jarðhita sem nýtist til húshitunar og upphitunar laugarinnar.

Heitt vatn kemur frá náttúrulegum uppsprettum sem koma undan hlíðinni fyrir ofan laugina. Boranir fyrir heitu vatni fóru fram á árunum 1964–1965 og allar byggingar á staðnum, þar á meðal sundlaugin, eru hitaðar með vatni úr þessum uppsprettum.

Sælingsdalur er sögulegur staður þar sem Guðrún Ósvífursdóttir, ein af aðalpersónum Laxdælu, var fædd og alin. Laugar í Sælingsdal eru meðal þeirra staða sem nefndir eru í sögunni og benda heimildir til að fólk hafi nýtt sér heitar laugar á svæðinu allt frá landnámi. Fyrir ofan laugina og skólabygginguna er hlaðin náttúrulaug sem byggð í anda fornra lauga. 

Sælingsdalur er rómaður fyrir náttúrufegurð og ríka sögu, sem gerir heimsókn í Sælingsdalslaug að verðugri upplifun.

Sælingsdalslaug is a 25-meter outdoor pool located at Laugar in Dalir, along with a wading pool, two hot tubs, and a steam bath. The pool stands in a grassy, sheltered valley surrounded by low mountains and contains geothermal heat that is used for house heating and warming the pool.

Hot water comes from natural springs that emerge from the hillside above the pool. Drilling for hot water took place in the years 1964–1965, and all the buildings on site, including the swimming pool, are heated with water from these springs.

Sælingsdalur is a historic place where Guðrún Ósvífursdóttir, one of the main characters of Laxdæla saga, was born and raised. The baths in Sælingsdal are among the locations mentioned in the saga, and sources indicate that people have used hot pools in the area ever since the Settlement period. Above the pool and the school building there is a constructed natural pool, built in the spirit of ancient baths.
