Sundlaugin í Reykholti er hluti af íþróttamiðstöð sem býður upp á fjölbreytta aðstöðu. Þar má finna 25 metra útilaug með vatnsrennibraut, tvo heita potta, kaldan pott og vaðlaug. Einnig er þar innanhúss líkamsræktarstöð og íþróttasalur. Sundlaugin er upphituð með jarðhita og er staðsett í rólegu og gróðursælu umhverfi.

Reykholt er hluti af Bláskógabyggð og liggur við Gullna hringinn, í innan við klukkustundar akstursfjarlægð frá höfuðborgarsvæðinu. Í þorpinu má finna leikskóla, grunnskóla, félagsheimili og verslunina Bjarnabúð, auk fjölbreyttra gisti- og veitingamöguleika. Þar á meðal eru Friðheimar, sem bjóða upp á máltíðir í gróðurhúsi og veitingastaðurinn Mika, sem er þekktur fyrir handgert konfekt og pizzur. Í nágrenninu eru einnig fjölmargar garðyrkjustöðvar sem selja grænmeti, ber og öðrar vörum.

The swimming pool in Reykholt is part of a sports center that offers a variety of facilities. There you will find a 25-meter outdoor pool with a waterslide, two hot tubs, a cold tub, and a wading pool. There is also an indoor gym and sports hall. The pool is heated with geothermal energy and is located in a quiet, green setting.

Reykholt is part of the Bláskógabyggð municipality and lies on the Golden Circle, less than an hour’s drive from the capital area. In the village you can find a preschool, primary school, community center, and the shop Bjarnabúð, as well as a variety of accommodation and dining options. Among these are Friðheimar, which offers meals in a greenhouse, and the restaurant Mika, known for handmade chocolates and pizzas. In the surrounding area there are also numerous horticultural farms that sell vegetables, berries, and other products.
