Gvendarlaug hins góða, einnig þekkt sem sundlaugin við Laugarhól, er 25 metra löng sundlaug sem staðsett er við Hótel Laugarhól í Bjarnarfirði á Ströndum. Laugin er hlý og án sterkra hreinsiefna, enda streymir stöðugt heitt vatn úr uppsprettum í hana.

Við hlið sundlaugarinnar er vinsæl náttúrulaug með hitastigi á bilinu 39–41°C, sem nýtur mikilla vinsælda meðal gesta sem vilja njóta náttúrunnar. Fyrir neðan laugarnar rennur svo volgur lækur sem börn hafa gaman af að busla í.

Hluti af vatninu sem streymir í sundlaugina kemur frá Gvendarlaug hinni fornu, sem var vígð af Guðmundi góða Hólabiskupi á 13. öld. Sú laug er nú friðuð og í umsjá Minjastofnunar. Líkt og fleiri laugar sem Guðmdundur góði vígði var vatnið í lauginni talið hafa lækningamátt. 

Sundlaugin var byggð á fimmta áratug 20. aldar með sameiginlegu átaki bænda í hreppnum. Hún er opin alla daga og engin formleg baðvarsla eða sundgæsla er á svæðinu. Gestir þurfa því að nýta aðstöðuna á eigin ábyrgð.

Gvendarlaug the Good, also known as the swimming pool at Laugarhól, is a 25‑metre-long swimming pool located by Hotel Laugarhól in Bjarnarfjörður in the Strandir region. The pool is warm and free of strong cleaning chemicals, as hot water flows continuously into it from springs.

Next to the swimming pool there is a popular natural hot pool with a temperature between 39–41°C, which is very popular among guests who want to enjoy nature. Below the pools runs a lukewarm stream that children enjoy splashing around in.

Part of the water that flows into the swimming pool comes from the ancient Gvendarlaug, which was consecrated by Guðmundur the Good, Bishop of Hólar, in the 13th century. That pool is now protected and under the care of the Cultural Heritage Agency of Iceland. As with other pools consecrated by Guðmundur the Good, the water in the pool was believed to have healing powers.

The swimming pool was built in the 1950s through a joint effort by the farmers in the district. It is open every day and there is no formal lifeguard or bathing supervision on site. Guests must therefore use the facilities at their own risk.
