Bylta er íþróttamiðstöð á Bíldudal sem var tekin í notkun 4. október 2003. Þar er heitur pottur, gufubað, íþróttasalur og þreksalur - en athugið að hér er engin sundlaug.  Íþróttamiðstöðin er staðsett í miðjum bænum, rétt við tjaldsvæðið.

Þreksalarkort sem keypt eru í Byltu gilda einnig í Bröttuhlíð á Patreksfirði. Almenn mánaðarkort og árskort eru persónubundin og ekki hægt að samnýta þau milli einstaklinga.

Bylta is a sports center in Bíldudalur that was opened on October 4, 2003. There is a hot tub, steam bath, sports hall and gym – but note that there is no swimming pool here. The sports center is located in the middle of town, right next to the campsite.

Gym passes purchased at Bylta are also valid at Brattahlíð in Patreksfjörður. General monthly passes and annual passes are personal and cannot be shared between individuals.
